Water deaeration
Oxygen pick-up and micro organisms contamination are the biggest enemies of your beer and needs to be avoided, as they will have a negative influence on the shelf-live and flavour. A Water Deaeration System removes air including the oxygen from the water and replaces it by carbon dioxide. In your industry the most suitable water for water deaeration is brewing water. After deaeration and pasteurisation/UV disinfection, mostly followed by a cooling step to bring the temperature down to the process temperature, this water can be used for several purposes, like blending, flushing of pipes and pre -/post runs of a filtration. The water deaeration system fulfils the objectives to make water that can be used in your industry without the concern of oxygen pick-up and contamination by micro organisms.
