Pentair/ X-Flow and PWN are donating 20 compact Perfector-E water purification units to the Asian Tsunami victims.
The Perfector-E is designed to provide good quality potable water from heavily polluted surface water.

Enschede, January 25th

Shortly after the Tsunami tragedy in Asia, PWNand Pentair/X-Flow designed and developed the Perfector-E, a self-contained, easy to use, portable water treatment plant that address the needs of the victims for safe drinking water.

PWN
, a water company located in the northern part of The Netherlands, is a world-wide trendsetter in new water treatment technologies. Pentair "The Purification Company", is a world leader in the supply of activated carbon and membrane ultra filtration.

Twenty Protector-E water treatment units will be donated to the victims. All units have their own unique filtration system, a combination of membrane filtration with UV-light sterilisation, based on X-Flow technology.

The Perfector-E is complete with a power generator to produce the required electricity and a pump with a floating hose to feed the unit with the polluted water.
With a capacity of 2.000 litres per hour each unit will supply ca. 5.000 people with safe, clean drinking water.
